Growing up in the Serra de Tramuntana in Mallorca nurtured my deep connection with nature and the wild plants that surround us. This early relationship with the Mediterranean landscape inspired my curiosity about the healing potential of plants, both for the body and the mind.
Over the years, I have cultivated a holistic approach to food and wellbeing—one that honors the rhythms of nature, the intelligence of the body, and the principles of ancient traditions.
My journey led me to Nepal, where I learned the fundamentals of Ayurveda, deepening my understanding of Ayurvedic nutrition, herbal practices, and daily rituals. This knowledge continues to influence the way I cook and live. Guided by Ayurveda and inspired by Mediterranean flavors and wild herbs, each dish is an offering designed to support balance, vitality, and harmony with the natural world.
As a certified yoga teacher trainer, I integrate yogic principles into the way I live and cook: with presence, intention, and deep respect for the environment, my yoga practice centers on grounding and deep meditation.

Growing up in Switzerland, I always felt a pull toward meaningful, nature-connected living. That passion took root when I founded Urbanroots in 2018—a platform created to inspire people to grow their own food, even in the smallest urban spaces. Since my studies as an industrial designer, I’ve dedicated myself to sustainable design, permaculture, and projects that reconnect us with nature.
In 2021, I moved to Mallorca and brought Son Selva to life—a Mediterranean food forest and living laboratory full of animals, edible plants, and like-minded people. I learn the most by observing nature and through trial and error. My work is rooted in permaculture principles and continues to evolve with each season spent in the garden.
I combine my love of good food, regenerative living, and creative storytelling to explore how we can grow in harmony with nature. At Son Selva, I share what we’re cultivating, learning, and harvesting on the land, in the hopes of inspiring others to reconnect with the earth and themselves.
